Welcome to the Forex Investment Summit. By registering for this event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Only 100 seats are available.

2. Event Details

Event: Forex Investment Summit

Venue: Hyatt Pune, Viman Nagar

Date: 08 August 2026

Time: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

The organizer reserves the right to change the venue, schedule, speakers, or event agenda if required.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Participants may cancel their registration before the event.
A flat cancellation fee of ₹499 will be deducted from every approved cancellation.
The remaining registration amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
No refund will be issued after the event has started or in case of a no-show.

4. Photography & Media

Photographs and videos may be captured during the event.

By attending, you grant UA Capital permission to use event photographs and recordings for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.

5. Investment Disclaimer

The Forex Investment Summit is conducted for informational purposes only.

Any discussion related to Forex, Global Markets, Gold, Silver, Commodities, or investment opportunities should not be considered financial, legal, or investment advice.

Investments in financial markets involve risk. Participants are solely responsible for their investment decisions.

Past performance, case studies, or examples discussed during the event do not guarantee future results.

6. Limitation of Liability

UA Capital, its directors, speakers, partners, and organizers shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect financial loss, investment loss, or damages arising from participation in the event or from any investment decisions made thereafter.

7. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the event.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.
